About the Role:
As the Internal Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the VP of Internal Operations, you will oversee various departments including Scheduling, Service, Purchasing, Concierge, Sales and Finance Admin, Office Supervisor, and Office Admins. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting our goal of an 85% Net Promoter Score minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure NPS minimum of 85% is met through continuous tracking and training of Medallia scores with every member of the Internal Operations Team.
- Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to investigate and approve re-orders.
- Maintain a secure work environment and oversee security measures.
- Submit staffing requests and conduct initial interviews for all Internal Operations positions.
- Manage A/R collection process in tandem with the Field Operations Manager.
- Lead the Field Service Lighting implementation and protocols.
- Handle escalated or complex customer concerns directly with homeowners.
- Support the Customer Experience Manager with solutions for social media cases.
- Pull weekly call logs and validate compliance with job duties.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with Internal Operations Staff.
- Complete and analyze weekly Concierge Metrics Report.
- Verify weekly/monthly billing reports from accounting.
