Key Responsibilities:
- Review all projects completed in-home with the Design Consultant.
- Determine if remote measure is a possibility.
- Work with the project manager admin to schedule non-remote projects.
- Guide the Design Consultant and homeowner through all units to determine measurements, operation direction, and all window and install details.
- Turn all tech measure files within 24 hours.
- Track all projects done remotely for analysis by the Senior Project Manager.
- Confirm product and materials needed for installation.
- Complete cut list and material list.
- Utilize Field Service Lightning, including detailed notes and photos.
