Job Summary: As a Window Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our premium windows and doors. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and high-quality service. This will be split role between window technician and warehouse. Schedule is 6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site service calls to assess and address issues with windows and doors.
Diagnose problems and perform repairs, replacements, or adjustments as needed.
Ensure proper installation and functionality of windows and doors.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during interactions.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Keep service vehicle clean and stocked with necessary tools and parts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in home remodeling or finish carpentry.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to window and door installation and repair.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders up to 30 feet.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with window and door maintenance.
Lead Safe Certification.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and mobile devices for record-keeping.
