This position supports the Controller in managing accounting, financial, and tax activities, ensuring
compliance, and preparing financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
· Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including monthly,
quarterly, and annual reports.
· Compliance: Ensuring adherence to accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory
requirements.
· Internal Controls: Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal controls to
safeguard company assets.
· Budgeting and Forecasting: Supporting the budget process and providing variance analysis.
· Audits: Coordinating with external and internal auditors.
· Cash Flow Management: Overseeing cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
· Tax Compliance: Assisting with tax returns and compliance.
· Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements and other balance sheet accounts.
· Staff Supervision: Supervising accounting staff and providing guidance and training.
· Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance
efficiency.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 7-10 years’ progressive accounting experience.
· BS Degree in Accounting required.
· Expert organizational and follow-up skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central required.
· High proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information.
· Ability to supervise and mentor accounting staff.
· High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
· High energy and a can-do attitude exhibit a responsible and responsive tenacity.
