Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:
· Fully understand company products, services, processes, standards and policies.
· Managing and inspecting teams of installers, including continued coaching and training to improve performance
-Administer Safety Protocols and procedures
· Oversee worker productivity and that they maintain a professional, clean and organized job sight
· Understand contracts, plans, construction methods and building codes
· Work with Dept Managers to identify areas for improving the customers' experience.
· Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all members of our team.
· Be flexible and work effectively in a fast paced environment
Stay up to date with best practices throughout the organization and ensure all procedures are followed
· Perform other tasks, as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
· Prior residential construction or remodeling experience required
· 5 years of Construction Experience
· Analytical problem solving
· High school diploma or GED
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
· Willing to undergo a background check
· Ability to deliver a world class experience and high quality installations
Computer literacy and understanding
Trainable and open to learn new processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
