Responsibilities - Build a team of lead generation managers and field sales reps in a unique abundant market.- Lead training and sales methodology with our reps so that they may be able to discuss our products and services with the customers.- Full Territory responsibility for the top line and bottom-line results.- Commit to providing an unparalleled customer service experience from start to end. Qualifications - Successful experience in hiring, training, coaching teams.- Previous management experience and proven results in motivating sales teams.- Lead Generation, preferably In-Home Sales.- Experience with High-end Products or Services.
