Responsibilities : Install windows and door products in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards and processes.Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations.Adheres to all proper safety techniques. Qualifications : 3 years carpentry or construction experience. (5 years for lead position)Ability to interact and effectively communicate with customers.Available to work Monday – Saturday 7am - 5pm 3 years managing a team (for lead position)3 years leading / supervising a job site (for lead position)
