Renewal by Andersen is The Largest Window Manufacturing Company in North America. Due to growth, high demand, and upcoming expansions, we are looking to add to our Alabama family. Currently, we are staffing for our Birmingham and Montgomery Alabama locations. This 1099 position will start in June 2024.

We are looking for experienced sales consultants, who are driven by success. The average Sales Consultant will earn between $1,500 - $2,500 per signed agreement with the ability to earn $150,000 - $225,000 plus bonus per year.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle

3 years of Outside Sales experience

Ability to Work Independently

Flexible Schedule (choose your schedule one month in advance)

Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills

Time Management Skills

Determined Mindset with a Positive Winning Attitude

The " Goal Digger" (set goals, exceed goals and creates new achievable goals)

Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every appointment aligning with our companies' values

Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
