Job Details
Due to the self-sufficient nature of this role, we are requiring experience in one of these fields, or a transferrable field. This role will require individuals to canvass neighborhoods throughout the greater Wenatchee area. You will use your personal vehicle to canvass on your own, as opposed to our traditional role of going out as a team.
This role is paid hourly at $25/hour, PLUS uncapped bonus. Bigger picture shows our current team making an average of 68k - 118k annually, which brings the potential hourly average of this role to $33-$57 after bonus.
We provide on the job training to get you started in the field through our Renewal by Andersen methods, and offer a supportive atmosphere to propel your growth within the company. What you will be doing:
Attending weekly meetings at our Boise office to discuss weekly plan and results
Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their window and patio doors - our marketers generate leads through traditional door-to-door outreach
Through customer approach and conversation, you'll be setting appointments with customers, to meet with our Design Consultant team so they may provide in-home consultations

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Reliable vehicle, as this position will require the use of a personal vehicle daily
Acceptable driving record under our company's insurance guidelines
3-6 months experience in canvassing, sales, face-to-face marketing, or related field
High level of self-motivation as the work is done individually
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Comfortable working outdoors
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Able to lift 20lbs
