Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role with Americas leading window & door company?

Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is searching for a Director of Retail Marketing. In this role you are responsible for meeting or exceeding goals for leads booked, leads issued, revenue, cost of marketing, cost per lead issued, set rate, and hours per demo within budget and policy guidelines. The Director of Retail Marketing will educate, stimulate, and guide teammate activity, behavior and results. They will also ensure that all teammates provide world-class service.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts for growth and expansion of retail marketing.
Research and approach potential retail location partners.
Look for areas of opportunities for potential partnerships.
Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates.
Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with team.
Conduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammates.
Create monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per Demo (HPD), set rate, and more.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a management / leadership role require.

Excellent team relations.

Exceptional communication skills.

Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large team.

Knowledgeable with a tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand.

Must be able to organize & prioritize responsibilities.

Ability to adapt well and accept or give feedback in a changing environment.

Ability to work independently.

Must be willing to travel to applicable retail locations as well as multiple office locations.

100,000 - $150,000 a year

Salary is a combination $55,000 base pay performance based monthly bonus.
