Direct Marketing Associate (Lead Generation)

About the role:
As the first point of contact with potential customers, you'll play a vital role in generating leads by offering free in-home consultations to homeowners you meet with. This is a sales and marketing position with excellent growth opportunities and advancement!
- Location: Farmingdale, NY
- Compensation: $20/hour weekly commission bonuses (Average earnings range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year)
Your Responsibilities:
- Attend daily team meetings at our Farmingdale, NY office.
- Travel to assigned neighborhoods in a company vehicle.
- Diligently generate qualified sales leads in your assigned territory.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and integrity.
- Educate potential customers about our products and services.
What You Bring to the Table:
- High energy and an outgoing personality.
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required!
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay positive through rejection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitasking abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday w/ occasional Saturdays: 10am - 6pm (November - March), 11:30am - 7:30pm (April - October)
- OR Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 6pm (November - March), 11:30am - 7:30pm (April - October)
