Responsibilities - Research new events and other business avenues to help department growth. - Pull and analyze data from key performance reports. - Manage team to meet key performance metrics. - Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates. - Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates. - Create weekly and monthly plans which include performance goals. - Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support. - Set up and breakdown events and home shows, when necessary. Qualifications - Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a large team.- Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented.- Nurturing and professional attitude.- Reliable and demonstrates a solid work ethic.- Microsoft office proficient, especially excel.- Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance.- Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization. Experience managing a team preferred.- Must be able to travel for business needs.
