Responsibilities - Research, prospect and acquire new retail partnerships.- Manage the ongoing relationship of retail partnerships.- Manage program costs with innovative partnership structures.- Maintain weekly inventory of retail supplies; notify when supplies should be ordered.- Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates.- Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates.- Create yearly and monthly goals that includes number of new retail locations, team members, set rate, number of demos, among other performance metrics.- Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support. Qualifications - Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a large team.- Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented.- Nurturing and professional attitude.- Reliable and demonstrates a solid work ethic.- Microsoft office proficient, especially excel.- Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance.- Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization.- Experience managing a team preferred.- Must be able to travel for business needs.
