What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events Administrator position at Renewal by Andersen?
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Events and Retail Marketing leadership team.- Process various paperwork and communicate updates and details with the calendar of events.- Research, book, and maintain a database of events, festivals, and fairs.- Communicate with various event promoters.- Maintain a database of leads generated and ensure all leads are accurately entered into the system.- Create weekly newsletter highlights.- Pull reports and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.- Manage inventory of supplies.- Assist with team payroll and reimbursement processing.- Schedule and attend the monthly event team meeting.- Other job duties as assigned. Skills - 2 years of related professional work experience required.- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel.- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.- Ability to work independently and in a group.
