Renewal by Andersen, America's premier replacement window and door company, has been voted “Best Place to Work” for the last four years, has over 10,000 happy customers in Wisconsin, and is looking to add driven Call Center Agents to our fast growing Inside Sales team.
This is a full-time, in-office position, and a 12pm-8pm shift. We have an hourly base ($17-18) plus monthly UNCAPPED bonuses averaging $250-1,000 to take your typical rate to $17-24 !
As a Inside Sales Agent, you will work in-office at our Appleton, WI location, speak to prospective customers, and work through potential objections and obstacles to achieve sales goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
- Promote products and services to current and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Schedule in-home consultations for customers
- Participate in weekly training huddles
