Renewal by Andersen, America's premier window and door replacement company, is looking for a detail-oriented, strong decision making, experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team! The Fleet Coordinator oversees Renewal by Andersen of Greater Wisconsin and Milwaukee's vehicles and trailers, ensuring proper maintenance, compliance, and availability.
This role schedules repairs, tracks fleet performance, conducts inspections, and works with suppliers and mechanics to optimize operations while minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities:
• Track fleet expenses and maintain records of fuel costs, maintenance expenses, repair
budgets, and transportation needs
• Assist with vehicle purchases and replacements to expand or enhance the fleet of vehicles
• Assist in maintaining a database of truck and driver information, vehicle licensing and insurance, ensuring all fleet vehicles have up-to-date registrations,
permits, and insurance
• Ensure DOT compliance and conduct regular audits on vehicle inspections
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tires, assist install crews with replacing tires as needed
• Monitor fluid levels, provide support, and schedule fleet maintenance and repairs as needed
• Coordinate and assist in efforts to build out trailers in accordance with a predetermined
blueprint

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Experience with fleet management and vehicle maintenance
• MUST have valid drivers license and clean driving record to be insurable in order to operate company vehicles
• Acute critical thinking skills and capable of managing real-time situations and making swift decisions
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and ability to learn other applications
as needed
• Required to regularly travel to other locations as needed
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs, sit/stand for extended periods of time
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
