Join our Renewal by Andersen team! Renewal by Andersen is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with competitive bonus opportunities and growth potential! A successful candidate for this position would focus primarily on inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and setting appointments for our Project Managers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Set appointments via inbound & outbound calls, while tracking same day appointments, confirmations and cancellations
- Average 20-25 calls per hour
- Must be able to type at a rate of 30-45 WPM
- Provide exceptional service at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude in all internal and external communications
- Perform other tasks, as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Available to work some evenings and weekend
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in achieving goals while being self-motivated
- Proven ability to successfully work in a fast pace environment, where accuracy is essential
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic
