WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | Responsibilities
- Sell the value of the in-home consultation and convert both inbound and outbound calls into qualified appointments for our design consultants
- Communicate using the company appointment setting methodology
- Fulfill activity plan and appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines
- Listen to customers and ask clarifying questions. Identify their wants, needs, issues and desired results.
- Re-direct calls to appropriate contact to ensure the customer is properly serviced
- Act as a "voice of RbA". Communicate to all team members, customers and prospective customers respectfully and tactfully
WHAT YOU'LL BRING | Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year call center experience, customer service or sales environment
- Previous outbound cold calling experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills by phone and email
- Must be self-motivated, discipline and resourceful
- Energetic, positive, self-starter who is persistent, ambitious, goal and task oriented
- Customer focused and strong work ethic are a must
- Skilled at managing objections
- Demonstrate ability to meet goals
