Responsibilities : As a call center representative, you will eagerly answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments.
Follow up on customer inquiries.Set qualified sales appointments. (It would be your job to keep our sales calendar full!)Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department.
