Lean Six Sigma Black Belt | Cottage Grove

POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this role is to lead Lean Six Sigma Projects within the Andersen Enterprise.

1. These projects will be focused on within the home function or plant.

2. Projects assigned will typically have moderate technical complexity and low cultural complexity.

3. One or two projects will typically be active at any one time.

4. Projects will typically be focused on process improvement, not process design or product/service design.

5. Upon completion of first Black Belt project, Black Belt I is promotable from Grade 12 to Grade 13.

6. Project Execution

• Execute Lean Six Sigma projects, including the facilitation of project teams, using Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and tools to achieve significant, sustained improvements to manufacturing and transactional business processes.
• One or two projects will typically be active at any one time, which will typically be of moderate technical complexity and low cultural complexity.
• Project Coaching & Informal Training.
• Provide leadership, technical and cultural guidance, consulting, and coaching on Lean-Six Sigma principles and tools to project team members and associates.

COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235 - $136,765.
