SUMMARY : Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you’ll leverage your advanced troubleshooting skills to support and enhance our production equipment. You’ll be a key advocate for electrical safety, utilizing your deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 79) and advanced electrical / mechanical systems. Your expertise in PLCs, Drives, Servo, HMI, CNC, and MES equipment integration will be crucial in maintaining and upgrading our machinery. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in training and mentoring other technicians, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of technical excellence. If you’re passionate about continuous improvement and technical leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
PURPOSE : This position is responsible for providing maintenance support to a manufacturing line at our Andersen Windows location in Locust Grove, GA. Primary focus will be on monitoring, controlling, and improving existing manufacturing processes, and to ensure customer and business needs are met. The ideal candidate for this position is an innovative thinker and has a passion for operational excellence.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $34.80 - $43.51 hourly.
2025 Profit sharing target is pending. Profit sharing contributions are determined by the company's Board of Directors each year and could be zero. For additional information, contact the Human Resources Department.
