We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Recruiting Admin. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Assist with job postings and advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen incoming resumes and applications and forward them to the appropriate hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
Assist with coordinating recruitment events and career fairs.
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team at all times.
Ability to cultivate relationships and meet manager deadlines in a timely manner.
Track and update candidates' profile though each stage of the interview process.
Providing managers with consistent updates on candidates.
Self-motivated and takes initiative independently.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
Preferably 2 years of expierice in recruiting or HR.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using various job portals and applicant tracking systems.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal and professional relationships with various management styles.
