As a Service Coordinator, you will connect with our existing customers about their warranty and service requests by answering incoming calls, managing schedules for our service technicians, and resolving issues regarding their windows. We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage post-sale communication with our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from and make outbound calls to existing customers requesting service on their windows/doors.
-Utilize technology to diagnose and troubleshoot homeowners product concerns.
- Perform follow up of assessed job to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of the project.
- Collect information and research into service requests, provide updates internally as well as externally, and make detailed notes on customer accounts throughout the service.
- Manage and maintain voicemails, emails, escalated customers, and reviews.
- Enter data from one software to another, update reports, and other tasks pertaining to service requests.
- Communicate with the operations team in the field on current customer issues.
Qualifications:
- CRM software experience
- Microsoft Office experience, specifically with Excel
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- High level written/verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills: professional demeanor is a must
- Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
- Previous residential home improvement industry experience, preferred

Schedule:
- Onsite in our Cranford office
- Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
