POSITION SUMMARY :

Our supply chain operations team is responsible for the day-to-day planning, scheduling, direct material purchasing, inventory management and inventory accuracy for the expanding Bayport, MN manufacturing operation. We are seeking a supply chain analyst to help improve our business process, increase our capacity, and expand our product portfolio. Candidate must be local to the MN area as no relocation will be offer for this position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain(plan, source, make, deliver)
• Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands
• Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics / warehouse groups and material planners
• Facilitates functional teams and meeting.

COMPENSATION : Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255-$119,745.

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
