What You’ll Do:

• This role is responsible to provide dynamic support for the recruiting efforts of the organization.

Responsibilities

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Daily resume uploads and navigation of recruiting software and job boards.
• Enter data into the application tracking system rapidly and accurately.
• Database management, preparation of interview materials.
• Internal/external correspondences.
• Maintain ownership of recruitment process for specific roles within the organization.
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers.
• Keep candidates engaged and excited to join the company.
