What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Installer Helper position at Renewal by Andersen?
Job responsibilities: ability to follow instructions provided by lead installer, be dependable, arrive on time and work in a professional manner with coworkers and customers. This is not an 8-5 position, there will be days you will need to work 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and some days you will work 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Every job is different and requires a different amount of time to complete. Ability to lift 80 lbs, work with power tools such as table saw, miter saw, etc.. Will be assisting in installing windows and doors, installing interior and exterior trim and a number of other construction related job tasks. Previous work experience a plus but willing to train the right individual. This is an entry level position but depending on ability to learn new skills and prove ones self as an installer this position could evolve into a lead installer position in the future.

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
