WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Take time to get to know homeowners
- Explain what will happen throughout the day
- Practice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customers
- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site
- Preparation of window / doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning
- Exterior / Interior finish work on all products
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- Window installation and remodel experience
- Experience working with a Metal Brake
- A proven track record of superior workmanship
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of construction or carpentry experience
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Valid Texas Drivers License
