Work Schedule : Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional weekends

Responsibilities
Service and repair previously installed RbA products
Analyzes customer situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation as efficiently and cost effective as possible
Install window and door replacements
Make recommendations for process improvement
Keep current on RbA product and installation process changes
Inventory service stock area of warehouse
Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations
Complete and submit required paperwork
Portray a professional image
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must have a clean driver's license and driving record for the past 5 years
Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines
Must have basic tools
