What You'll Do :
As a Field Technician at Renewal Claim Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to assist homeowners in recovering from water, smoke, or fire damage.
With over 25 years of industry experience, we are a well-established and high-performing textile and electronics restoration company.
This position primarily involves handling job-related activities outside of our facility, including estimations, pack-outs, deliveries, on-site cleaning services, and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Regular travel to affected homes using company vehicles to pick up and deliver items.
- Handling estimations, pack-outs, rush deliveries, short-term deliveries, final deliveries, house of values (HOV), on-site cleaning services, drapery rehanging, and all other field-related activities and services.
- Ensuring a superior level of professionalism and service delivery is maintained at all times.
- Assisting in the management of our warehouse as needed.
