What You'll Do:

Are you someone who loves bringing things to completion with precision and care? As a Packaging Specialist, you'll be a key player in our final production process, ensuring every garment and item is properly packaged, looking sharp, and ready to shine! You'll be the last step in our process, making sure everything's in tip-top shape before it's sent out the door. Whether it's organizing, labeling, or final inspections, your attention to detail will ensure that our finished work meets the highest standards. Plus, you'll help out other teams whenever needed, keeping things moving smoothly in our fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be the final "touch" on our clean, finished items by assembling and packaging them with care and accuracy.
• Make sure everything looks perfect - perform final inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of the packaged items.
• Keep things organized! Ensure correct labeling and tracking for all items.
• Assist in inventory tasks - counting, sorting, and organizing as needed.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help out wherever needed across the production team to keep the flow going strong.
• Be a team player - collaborate with colleagues to keep everything moving smoothly.
• Stay safe! Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to keep yourself and others safe.
• If you see a way to improve how we package - speak up! We're always looking for ways to make things better.

• You've got an eye for detail - you're a pro at working meticulously.

• You're comfortable with basic math - counting and tracking items is no problem for you.
