We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) or an Associate Licensed Therapist (LMSW, ALC) to join our caring and dedicated team. As a member of our practice, you’ll have the opportunity to support individuals, couples, and families on their journey to mental well-being, all while working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold a valid license in Alabama (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) or are an Associate Licensed therapist looking to gain experience and grow.
- Have a genuine desire to support individuals and families in their healing process.
- Are comfortable working with a variety of clients and diverse issues.
- Believe in providing therapy through empathy, non-judgment, and a trauma-informed approach.
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with a team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive, non-judgmental manner.
- Developing and maintaining treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to support your professional development.
- Keeping accurate and timely client records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
