What are the responsibilities and job description for the Off Site Monitor position at Renewal Inc?
Definition
This position is responsible for all weekly and monthly site and phone verifications for reentrants residing or attending work/community service passes in the community. This person will conduct breathalyzer and urinalysis screening at off-site locations as required. The Off-Site Monitor will escort reentrants to community appointments when needed. This person will develop positive relationships with employers, community service sites as well as Renewal, Inc.’s contracting agencies.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
A High School Diploma or Equivalent and two (2) years related experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field preferred. Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and Act 33/34 required. Ability to work without direction. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
