Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Account Manager to drive growth in our North Carolina territory. This person will be responsible for Wilmington, NC to Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proactive, can-do attitude. A successful Account Manager will understand our services deeply, be a self-starter, and effectively convey how our solutions provide relief to insurance companies and their clients.

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
    • Develop new accounts with restoration contractors and insurance adjusters.
  • Communication and Support:
    • Regularly update clients on claim progress and provide ongoing support.
  • Organization and Scheduling:
    • Keep work priorities organized and on schedule. Consistency is key! Training will be provided on optimizing your time in the field.
  • Opportunity Research:
    • Research new opportunities and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales Goals:
    • Meet sales goals by deepening relationships with existing customers and cultivating positive experiences for new accounts.
  • Collections Assistance:
    • Assist in collections within your territory as needed.

Experience Level

  • Minimum of 3 years in account management


Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities as needed.


Travel Requirements

  • Up to 50% travel within North Carolina.


Commute/Relocation

  • Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Preferred locations include Raleigh, Durham, or Central NC for optimal travel; other areas will be considered.


Education

  • Associate degree (Required)
