Description
Renewal is seeking the right individual to fill our open Account Manager Position. Here at Renewal we place an emphasis on serving clients with excellent and accurate service. We are seeking an experienced hire for this position.
The candidate will need strong knowledge in fully insured and self-funded clients. Three plus years experience in account management in an agency setting is preferred. The Account Manager will work with some of the agency's large and small group accounts consisting of self-funded and fully insured business.

Requirements
- Coordinating Renewals and Quoting Policies for New and Existing Clients
- Implementation of New Clients
- Implementation of New Group Policies
- Maintaining Online Enrollment Profiles for Clients
- Client Retention
- Account Service
- Staying up to date with Insurance Carriers' Policies and Procedures
- Daily / Weekly Collaboration with Service and Sales Teams
- Keeping Files and Data in Accordance with Renewal SOP's
