To lead our growth in the e-mobility market segment we are hiring a Sales Director e-mobility segment.

The pay range for this position is $175,000 - $190,000 per year based on the national average.

Job Description Sales Director E-mobility Segment :

We are looking for a highly motivated, driven, and passionate individual to be part of the sales organization. Sales Director will translate customer insights and requirements into compelling solutions, promote Renewance at conferences and tradeshows, and deliver on order targets through expanding the customer base for lifecycle services and software solutions in the e-mobility markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Devise, implement, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to services and software solutions within the fast-growing e-mobility and EV battery deployment industry.
  • Align the strategy with Renewance’s mission to support the sustainable use of industrial batteries, ensuring responsible deployment and management of battery energy storage and EV solutions
  • Drive efforts to sell Renewance’s industrial battery services and asset management software, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the e-mobility market and sustainable energy solutions.
  • Leverage an established network in the e-mobility and industrial battery sectors to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, from manufacturers to fleet operators. Use these connections to position Renewance as a trusted partner in sustainable energy transitions.
  • Adopt a “hunter” mentality to proactively identify new opportunities for EV battery deployments, energy storage solutions, and end-of-life management services.
  • Systematically manage sales pipelines, focusing on the high-growth areas of the e-mobility sector.
  • Craft and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Renewance’s unique value proposition in battery asset management, lifecycle services, and sustainable energy transitions.
  • Manage and navigate extended sales cycles within the e-mobility market, particularly in the areas of EV battery deployment, operations, and end-of-life management.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing their evolving needs and providing expert advice throughout the sales journey.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with market drivers, technological advancements, and regulatory developments in the e-mobility and battery storage industries.
  • Uphold Renewance’s commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices by maintaining transparency and accountability in all client interactions. Ensure that all sales activities reflect the company’s mission to support society’s transition to greener energy solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure alignment of sales efforts with Renewance’s broader strategic goals.
  • Share customer insights to help refine product offerings and ensure that they meet the evolving needs of the e-mobility sector.
  • Contribute to scaling the Renewance’s battery asset management solutions for EV battery deployments, operations, and sustainable end-of-life management.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience as business development or field sales leader in the commercial automotive or heavy equipment industries, with specialization in EV or e-mobility solutions.
  • Experience running a full sales lifecycle including lead generation & qualification, proposal development and presentation, closing, and account management.
  • Knowledge of the customer segments, markets, and competitive landscape within the e-mobility and commercial / industrial EV
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and ability to understand customer expectations.
  • Experience generating competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Skilled in presentation and public speaking
  • Timely and well-organized communicator
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
