Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Client Care Coordinator to grow with our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a moderate-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front desk operations and provide essential support for our therapy practice. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for the clients we serve.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and lobby area
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing accurate information regarding services and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct client pre-screening and intake coordination.
- Maintain client records in our EHR system with attention to detail, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Assign clients to appropriate therapists based on availability.
- Collect co-payments from eligible clients and provide receipts.
- Uphold confidentiality standards while managing sensitive patient information.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 1 years of administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
