Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Construction Laborer. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. Tools are provided.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required for various construction tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements as directed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to interpret blueprints
