Position Overview:
Renewed Mental Health Group (RMHG) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to join our team as aClinical Supervisor - Licensed Therapist. This is a unique hybrid role that combines clinical work with leadership opportunities, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on both clients and colleagues. Youll manage a diverse therapy program, provide supervision to up to 4 unlicensed and/or associate therapists, and maintain a clinical caseload of up to 15 client hours per week. This position offers a mix of in-office and teletherapy sessions, serving clients across various age groups and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Caseload: Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
- Assessments & Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.
- Clinical Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with care standards and legal requirements.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Provide weekly clinical supervision to up to 4 unlicensed and/or associate therapists, guiding their clinical skills, ethical practice, and professional growth.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and contribute to practice development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD.
- Education: Masters degree in a relevant mental health discipline.
- Supervisory Qualifications: Must meet California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements to supervise unlicensed and/or associate therapists, including:
- At least two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience over past 5 years.
- A strong understanding of BBS laws and regulations governing supervision.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous experience supervising unlicensed or associate therapists is preferred.
- Clinical Expertise: Experience working with diverse populations and a range of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, Family Systems Therapy, etc.).
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using technology for telehealth services and clinical documentation.
- CAQH Registration: Required for insurance paneling.
- Bilingual Skills (a Plus): Fluency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
