Description : POSITION SUMMARY :
The part-time groundskeeper will be responsible for the physical appearance and well being of an apartment community.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Cleans grounds and removes litter, pet feces, cigarette butts, etc.
- Shovel snow, spreads salt
- Reports unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding property or residents
- Trashout Apartments
- Bi-Annual Inspections
- Vacuum and mop common areas and office
- Empty waste paper baskets
- Replace light bulbs
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Clean windows
Requirements :
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
A high school diploma and at least 1 to 2 years of groundskeeping work experience is required.
