We’re looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (PE) to take the lead on critical civil engineering elements for utility-scale solar and BESS projects for join our client's Rapidly growing team. From stormwater management and grading design to SWPPP permitting , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving high-quality project execution. As the Civil Engineer, you’ll oversee technical teams, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and directly influence project success.

What You’ll Do :
- Lead Civil Engineering Design : Develop and stamp designs for erosion control, grading, stormwater management, and access road layouts.
- SWPPP Expertise : Ensure compliance with permitting requirements and create robust solutions for environmental and regulatory needs.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor engineering teams, delegate tasks, and oversee technical deliverables.
- Technical Oversight : Conduct detailed engineering analyses, energy modeling, and final design reviews.
- Client Engagement : Act as the technical interface between clients, contractors, and project managers, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Project Collaboration : Work on up to 10–12 projects simultaneously, ranging from site assessments to final commissioning, in various locations across the U.S.
