Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical and administrative operations of outpatient clinic, consisting of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
- Partner with HR department to manage staffing needs, including hiring, performance evaluations, and terminations.
- Responsible for fiscal management of site’s expenses.
- Provide supervision and collaboration with clinical assessors to streamline admissions
- Oversee insurance review needs to ensure reimbursement for services provided
- Collaborate with Director of Quality & Compliance site’s needs.
- Ensure that clinical documentation requirements are met consistently by all staff.
- Provide assessment, direct care and support of patients and families as needed.
- Assess and address the ongoing clinical training needs of the staff.
Education, Competencies and Credentials:
- Master’s degree, PsyD or PhD in social services field required.
- Requires a valid GA license.
- A minimum of five years upper management experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting required.
- Experience working with individuals with eating disorders is preferred.
- A high degree of organizational, analytical and decision-making skills is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Clinical skills, preferably in behavioral medicine/arts and/or eating disorders are required.
- Knowledge of reimbursement issues, including knowledge of managed care environment preferred.
- Familiarity with managing budgets and P&L's is preferred.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. Some evenings required.
