What are the responsibilities and job description for the 8 Hour Material Handler position at Renfro Brands?
SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring all boxing amounts are entered correctly, moving pallets between stages, ensuring correct labels are adhered to the pallets and ensures that lots have passed inspection.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manually enters boxing amounts into Dynamics system
- Moves pallets from boxing stage to loading stage
- Labels pallets using barcodes, making sure correct labels are on the correct pallet
- Combines partial pallets to make complete pallets
- Checks for pass/fail on lots and returns and oversees the returned of failed lots
- Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality
- Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner;
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
- Ability to read and distinguish between similar numbers
- Proficient in mathematics
- Above average ability in the use of Microsoft Office/Access
- Ability to multi-task using multiple computer screens
- Sense of urgency toward departmental goals.
- Above average attendance.
