SUMMARY:
Join the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team at Renfro to drive online growth and optimize digital experiences across key retail partners. This role offers autonomy, innovation, and significant opportunities for professional development. We’re looking for a data-driven, self-motivated digital specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work cross-functionally to enhance product discoverability, optimize digital content, analyze performance metrics, and implement marketing strategies to grow sales across leading online retailers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- eCommerce Performance & Analytics
- Own and manage weekly POS reporting, performance dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis (Holiday, Back-to-School, marketing campaigns, etc.).
- Analyze and interpret eCommerce trends, marketing ROI, and digital merchandising insights to drive business recommendations.
- Develop and present executive summaries and eCommerce business reviews to internal and external stakeholders.
- Digital Merchandising & Product Content Optimization
- Manage the end-to-end item setup process to optimize assortments, taxonomy, and discoverability across multiple retail platforms.
- Partner with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to develop and enhance SEO-rich product content, A detail pages, and digital assets for optimal engagement.
- Monitor and improve on-site search rankings, conversion rates, and customer experience through A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.
- Retailer.com Marketing & Promotions
- Work closely with retail partners to execute promotional strategies, paid media placements, and seasonal campaigns that drive sales.
- Optimize marketing initiatives such as Retail Media (Macys Media Network, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, etc.).
- Track advertising performance and campaign effectiveness, recommending strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Process & Operations Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve eCommerce platform issues related to inventory, pricing, and product visibility.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to enhance fulfillment strategies, minimize out-of-stocks, and improve demand forecasting.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiencies.
Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, online merchandising, or retail media is a plus.
- Experience working with Retailer.com platforms (Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Target , etc.) is highly preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other eCommerce reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Retail Media Networks (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, etc.) and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with eCommerce content management systems, syndication platforms (Salsify, Syndigo, etc.), and SEO best practices.
