What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Usher/Ticket Taker position at Renhill Staffing Services?

Looking for a flexible, part-time job? We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Usher / Ticket Takers to join our team at The Huntington Center in downtown Toledo. The ideal candidate will assist guests with seating and ticketing. You may also assist patrons in finding restrooms, food and beverage stations, and exits.

Schedule determined on events such as concerts, shows, hockey games, and more!

Most events are nights and weekends

Weekly Pay!

10.70 / hr

Responsibilities :

Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry

Assist guests in finding their seats and provide directions within the venue

Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests

Manage crowd control and assist when needed

Maintain cleanliness of the venue before, during, and after events

All other duties as assigned

Skills :

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work with children and families

Familiarity with event arena operations and environment a plus

Excellent communication skills

Conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations effectively

Prior experience in guest services is advantageous
