We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing department to ensure safe, cost effective, and timely completion of customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily activities within the department to ensure maximum productivity.
- Ensures production reports are completed, quotas are being met, products are meeting specifications, and raw materials are of an acceptable quality.
- Provides guidance and support to team members.
- Oversee department team members and team leads.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, Associate Degree or higher preferred
- 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge an experience with ERP systems
- Ability to coach and motivate employees
- Ability to work efficiently with team
