We are seeking a motivated Production Planning intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in production planning and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.Assist with developing / improving the method and or tool used to create production schedules for machining areas and smaller assembly areas.Work directly with production planners on smaller projects and assignments designed to offer practical, hands on production planning and scheduling experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production and delivery.Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.Assist the production planning department in coordinating and optimizing production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operations of manufacturing processes.
Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Mangement or Industrial Engineering with a desire to explore production planning / scheduling.Junior or Senior Status3.0 GPA minimumGood written and verbal communication skills RENK America is an EEO / AA employer M / F / D / V
