Description of the role:
The Call Center Associate at Renn Kirby Auto Group is responsible for managing a database of customers looking to sell vehicles online with the intention to make offers, gather information and set appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving purchase targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an ever changing database of vehicles offered for sale by consumers
- Manage inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and online channels
- Schedule appointments for sellers to visit the dealership
- Schedule appointments to visit the sellers home or office for physical assessment
- Follow up with potential customers to encourage repeat business
- Support the sales team by providing them with appraisal opportunities
- Identify and engage potential customers through social media sites
- Identify inventory needs and locate vehicles for sale from service customers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Diligent follow up skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous experience in a BDC, call center, sales or customer service role preferred
- Current drivers license and clean driving record
Benefits:
Compensation: Base salary plus commission based on performance.
