SUMMARY: The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing staff at a regional level.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish sales goals, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to improve sales
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales associates to ensure high performance and productivity
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies
- Analyze customer data to assess buying behaviors and trends
- Work with vendors on large scale projects and pursue additional vendors
- Manage the distribution & follow up of leads
- Manage costing & special pricing for various projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful retail sales management experience
- Knowledge of customer service and sales principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize & work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
