The Ballpark Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the Operations department with gameday duties ranging from set-up, post-event breakdown and parking operations.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Ballpark Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the Operations department with gameday duties ranging from set-up, post-event breakdown and parking operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist with set-up and breakdown for baseball games.
- Support daily upkeep of the building, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Lead parking operations and assist with traffic management, including hiring and training seasonal staff to ensure efficient and safe ingress and egress, while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage storage and organization of promotional items.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and subcontractors, providing guidance while on site.
- Research and order parts for Operations projects.
- Assist with the stadium signage installation process.
- Provide operational support for non-baseball events.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other necessary equipment.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to address customer and safety concerns
- Transaction service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and adhere to ballpark policies
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Majority of work is conducted outdoors
- Flexibility to work long hours, evenings and weekends
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
- Ability to walk briskly or run as the position requires
