ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greet guests with a friendly and courteous demeanor, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Inform guests of the clear bag policy and assist with selling approved clear bags to ensure compliance.
- Scan prepaid parking passes and process cashless payments efficiently.
- Direct guests to open parking spaces in the surface lot and parking garage.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain safe and organized traffic flow.
- Assist guests by providing directions, answering questions, or escorting them to their vehicles.
- Help guests enter and exit parking lots safely
- Act as a deterrent for potential incidents in and around the perimeter of the ballpark
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High energy, self-starter, attention to detail
- Must be able to take direction and effectively follow instructions
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to remain calm and have good customer service
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Majority of work is conducted outdoors
- Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, and weekends
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
- Ability to walk briskly or run as the position requires
